Signing in
You sign in with your email address: enter it and we send you a one-time code. There's no password to remember or reset — if you can read your email, you can get into Collauth.
Collauth is invite-only, so sign in with the address your invitation was sent to. Another address won't find your invitation, even if it's your email too.
Your embedded wallet
As soon as you sign in for the first time, a Solana wallet is created for you automatically behind the scenes. This is what holds your on-chain proof certificates and lets you trade on the marketplace. You don't need to install any browser extension or write down a seed phrase to use it.
If you already use a wallet like Phantom, you can link it instead of using the built-in one.
Do I need to pay gas fees?
No. When you mint a proof certificate, Collauth covers the on-chain network fee for you — you just approve the transaction, you don't need to hold any SOL yourself.
Advanced: using your own wallet
Linking an external wallet is supported if you'd rather manage your own keys. In that case, transaction fees for actions you initiate from that wallet are paid by you as normal.
